Operator Training

CE Water can provide seminars structured to educate maintenance and engineering staff members with valuable information regarding water treatment and the latest in automation technology and software.

CE Water seminars are down-to-earth and have been developed to effectively educate your employees to better understand your heat transfer equipment’s operation as well as the water treatment program we have/can put together to protect your equipment (cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, boilers, etc.). (Training/Operator manuals are available for post-training use.)

CE Water also enjoys strategic relationships with the manufacturers of your heat exchange equipment and local mechanical contractors (the folks who normally service your equipment). We can bring in these companies to participate in our training seminars to inform your employees about new technical or control developments and how they can better partner-up to maximize the efficiencies of your equipment.

Most importantly, CE Water makes the link between the mechanical side (operation and maintenance) of the equipment we are treating and the treatment program. When left as separate independent entities, it can be a recipe for disaster and lead to finger-pointing down the road. You, the owner/operator of the equipment, need a functional, working partnership between these 2 vendors (the water treater and the mechanical contractor) to ensure continuous, maximized heat transfer efficiencies to keep your operation running and control costs. Operator training topics can include:

  • Basic Water Quality
  • Testing Procedures
  • Microbiological Control
  • Scale Control
  • Corrosion Control
  • Pretreatment System
  • Water Softeners
  • Deminalirizers & Dealkalizers
  • Reverse Osmosis
  • Controls & Remote Monitoring
  • Cooling Water Programs
  • Closed Loop Treatment
  • Legionella Management
  • Boiler Water Treatment
  • MSDS and Documentation
